Please do not include health or medical details. If your question is about your own cover, we will reply with a link rather than an answer — not to be unhelpful, but because we are not allowed to answer it.

What we can help with

  • A figure on this site that disagrees with its source
  • A link that is broken or a source that has moved
  • An insurer detail that is out of date
  • Questions about our referral fee or how we work
  • Asking us to delete details you sent us

What we cannot

  • Whether you need cover, or how much
  • Which policy or insurer to choose
  • Whether the cover you hold is any good
  • Anything about a claim
